How to Return Items

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for the shipping and insurance back UNLESS there was a mistake made by us. If we made a mistake, we will send you a return shipping label. If you return an item by the post office and they destroy it or lose it, then you and the post office are responsible, not us. So please insure your returns and pack them securely. We recommend that you use FedEx or UPS for the most reliable shipping.
